Hosting Terms
Applies to monthly website hosting plans.
What is included
Monthly hosting covers the agreed website environment, SSL configuration, routine backups, basic uptime monitoring, and support for hosting-related issues.
What is not included
New pages, content changes, redesigns, feature development, SEO campaigns, third-party integrations, and business support are outside hosting unless specifically included in a written agreement.
Availability and third parties
We rely on third-party hosting and domain providers. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or control outages caused by those providers.
Changes and cancellation
Additional work is quoted separately. Either party can request cancellation in accordance with the agreed subscription terms. Domain registration and other third-party charges may remain payable separately.
